Hugh and Melvine Morgan Dear Hugh's News Readers and Friends,
This has been a wonderful week as my parents, Hugh and Melvine Morgan, have celebrated their birthdays on December 15 and 16, respectively.
My dad is now 83 years old, and my mother is two years younger than he. On August 13, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.
This is a busy season of the year as you and your families are preparing for Christmas next week. I believe that many of you plan to send a birthday card to my mother and father, as well as make a contribution to Hugh's News, Inc. It's not too late, and we will continue to celebrate their birthdays and you can still be a vital part of this extended birthday party.
They are praying over every card, after reading them, and thanking God for you and your families, and asking Him to bless you.
Throughout the 18 years of continuous publication of Hugh's News, my dad has thought of you, and my mother has fully supported him to give of his time and energy to put together the news and inspirational messages for you to enjoy. Now is the time when you can say "thank you" to Hugh and Melvine Morgan for providing a news service you may not get anywhere else.
The financial goal that my dad has set for the ending of 2015 is $7,000. You can be a part of making that goal become a reality. He truly believes that nothing, absolutely nothing is impossible with God, and what you do to make good things happen for others, God will in turn make good things happen in your life. He often quotes, "No good thing will God withhold from them who walk uprightly" (Psalm 84:11).
