Hugh's News School of Evangelism is in session every day.
The vision for Empowered21 is that every person would have an authentic encounter with Jesus Christ through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit by Pentecost 2033.
When I read the blessing or benediction that Billy Graham had written in the Decision magazine, I was so moved by it that I immediately began to memorize it as I shared it with numerous people over the telephone in doctors' offices, businesses, schools, etc. God anointed Billy Graham to write it and He is anointing me to share it with people everywhere I go.

It was so effective in touching the spirit of everyone with whom I shared it, that I asked Arlette Revells, my friend since I met her in June of 1986 when I became the senior pastor at Tarkenton Memorial Church in Athens, GA to design a ministry card with this blessing on it.
Arlette is the founder, CEO, and president of Great Works, Inc., and is a professional designer of graphics, business cards, newsletters, and much more. She is the one who designed the logo for our Chaplains Ministries, IPHC of an American Flag, a bald eagle and the Cross.
I told Arlette what I had in mind and I needed her to design a Ministry Card with the Blessing or Benediction which Billy Graham has written, and on the other side Arlette inserted my photo, and information about me. Arlette has had 2,000 Ministry Cards printed, and I am giving them out, one-by-one, to everyone who will receive it.
Now, you can do it too. I want to encourage you to do it in obedience to Jesus Christ and the Great Commission He has given to the church, and that means you and me.
The way I do it is like this: "Have you heard of Billy Graham?"
The majority of people 45 and older indicate that they have. However, for those in their teens or twenties, it is another story. Most of them, have never heard of Billy Graham.
I tell the person or persons in a group this: "May I share with you a blessing Billy Graham wrote some time before his death at 99 years of age." Only one man has said, "I don't need that card. I am an Atheist."
God has enabled me to lead several people to Christ in a conversion experience. Many others will open up and tell me about a personal need in their lives or in their family. Several have responded by saying, "I really needed that. This has been a rough week in my life."
I would like to encourage you to consider doing what I am doing. You will find as I am discovering that the Holy Spirit anoints me to share it, and give the cards to those to whom I have ministered. He will do the same for you.
