Number 6:22-27
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
24 "The LORD bless you and keep you;
25 The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace."'
27 "So they shall put My Name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them."
NKJV
[Editor's Commentary: We know that God always blesses His Word. Therefore, it is essential and vitally important that as often as we can we should give voice (our voice) to speaking the Word of God. This benediction God gave to Moses to give to Aaron, who in turn would speak these Words, God's Words, over the children of Israel. As they pronounced the benediction out loud (giving human voice) God was blessing His people because of the Word of God that is eternal and never fails. May God help us to memorize the Word of God, meditate upon it, and speak it out loud so that others may benefit from the hearing of the Word.]
