Proverbs 21:1
Good leadership is a channel of water controlled by God;
He directs it to whatever ends He chooses.

[Editor's Commentary: Here is a verse of Scripture we need to keep close to our hearts. You will need it for sometime in your lifetime, maybe more than one time.
I have discovered that it is a Scripture that God fulfills in our lives when we place our total trust in Him. God has changed the hearts of people who had the power or authority to make decisions. I remember a federal judge ruling in favor of a minister of the Gospel when hope seemed to be gone. God rules and overrules in the affairs of mankind.
I remember how God moved upon the heart of the president of a large utility company to favor our church in Birmingham.
The good news is that what God did for us, He can and will do for you.
Take your burden to the Lord and ask Him to move the heart of the king in your situation. Nothing is impossible for our God.
It is my prayer that you will discover that this Scripture can and will work on your behalf, too.]
