Isaiah 5:20-21
20 Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who put darkness for light
and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
and sweet for bitter.
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
and clever in their own sight.
NIV
[Editor's Comment: I have heard my late father, the Rev. Hugh Henry Morgan, quote that verse many times when I would hear him preach or speak about the times in which he lived.
Things were bad while he was alive; but the days in which we live now is much worse. I never dreamed that I would live to see the corruption in our country as it is today. May God have mercy on us.]
