This month we begin looking at the Biblical basis for the Kingdom of God. From Genesis to Revelation, God’s plan for His people and His Kingdom is intertwined throughout Scripture. The Christ’s Kingdom focus consists of four emphases:
1) “The Kingdom of God is at hand.” -- Mark 1:15
Focus: The Biblical emphasis of the Kingdom of God
2) “The Kingdom of God is like…” -- Matthew 13:24
Focus: The signs and manifestations of the Kingdom of God
3) “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” -- Matthew 6:33
Focus: Extending the Kingdom of God
4) “We are receiving a Kingdom which cannot be shaken...” -- Hebrews 12:28
Focus: Christ establishes the fullness of His Kingdom when He returns
