Odd how current challenges tend to obscure how God helped us conquer previous ones. Take heart. He will answer.
Spend time right now thanking him for previous answers to prayer. Take joy. Be glad. God is with us.

Answers to prayer:
- We prayed for spiritual renewal. God answered by saving more than 150 students in the last 16 months. Those are the ones we can count. There are others who have been saved in student prayer meetings and encounters that we have not counted, but God has.
- We prayed for more students. God answered by sending us students who comprise the largest enrollment in the history of Emmanuel College.
- We prayed for renewed purpose and mission. God answered by inspiring purpose and expanding our mission to serve. Our students represent the best opportunity for us to change the world.
- We prayed for favor with God and man. God answered by forgiving our sins and granting us favor with powerful people who did not have to be kind to us.
- We prayed for more resources. God answered by sending us people who gave time, energy, and money to sustain us through difficult times.
