The Prayer Group of the President of Emmanuel College

​Dr. Ron White is the President of Emmanuel College.  He has wisely chosen to lead the college on his knees. I am a memer of his daily prayer group. I read everything Dr. Ron White writes. I deeply appreciate the Scriptures he shares with us daily. His application of those Scriptures in light of the current issues with the college is magnificent and meaningful.

The following was his Sunday's edition. I wanted you to pray with Dr. Ron White for the college. Let us pray that God will speak to someone who is very wealthy who can very easily pay off the debt of Emmanuel College. I believe God wants Emmanuel College to be debt free. Do you believe that? If so, let us agree in prayer that it shall be done according to God's time table.

Worship Only Him
 
"Obey the Lord your God and worship only him. Be faithful to him and make your promises in his name alone" (Deuteronomy 10:20, GNB).
Today's prayer topics:

•  Few Christians are likely to admit when they hold someone or something higher than the Lord God.
•  Pray we stay alert to the temptation, reject it, and worship only the Lord our God.
  
•  Pray we tie worship and obedience together--the essence of being faithful to God--finding our hearts alive with worship today and our feet faithfully following tomorrow.
  
• Pray for our students, staff and faculty to worship the Lord this academic year and then follow in perfect obedience his every request.
  

Never give up unless its praise we give up to God; never give in except to give in to Him.
