The Rev. Dr. Hugh H. Morgan I have never been more excited and hopeful than any other time at this current season of my life about the church and her future. I dearly love my local church and what the Holy Spirit is doing in the lives of the people of our congregation. It is nothing less than God's gracious hand upon Christian Life Worship Center (a Pentecostal Holiness Church) in Athens, Georgia.
God has given us a new pastor and his family--Pastor Brad Cooper, Kiki, his wife, and four bright and beautiful children: Karis, Micah, Joshua and Caleb. Our pastor is a great communicator who is authentic, honest, humble, intelligent, and transparent. His sermon last Sunday on the "High Priestly Prayer of Jesus," recorded in John 17, is one you will want to get a cassette audio copy to hear.

Arlette Revells We are blessed to have two highly intelligent and talented leaders to serve as the facilitators for our Sunday school class, called Celebration Class. Most of all, God has anointed them for this ministry, and it is evident to all.
The Celebration Class is a cross generational gathering of various ages of adults that meets on Sunday mornings to celebrate Jesus and study God's Holy Word, the Bible. Lavon and Arlette Revells are the teachers or facilitators. There is never a dull moment and they know how to get class members involved in the discussion of the subject material.
Having recently completed a study of the Book of Revelation called Agents of the Apocalypse by Dr. David Jeremiah, we now have begun a new study with David Jeremiah in Agents of Babylon--a study of the Book of Daniel. The video series along with the study guide that Arlette and Lavon gave as a gift to each class member or one to each couple is one of the most exciting studies I have experienced.

Lavon Revells In the Agents of Babylon Dr. David Jeremiah introduces us to the agents and their roles they played in the most exciting prophetic book in the Old Testament--the Book of Daniel. Prophecy after prophecy is fulfilled during Daniel's lifetime of 90 years, and shortly after his death. Our confidence grows because the remaining prophecies are now being fulfilled and there are more to come in the future.
In Dr. David Jeremiah's study Guide, Agents of Babylon, he writes, "Jesus Christ has a Kingdom that will never be overthrown, and shall finally stand out as eternal and entirely successful. Today we are living on the threshold of that age to come. It is almost time for the arrival of the stone cut out without hands. We should not be discouraged or depressed that the end of earthly kingdoms will soon come, but rather encouraged and elated that the glorious Kingdom of Christ will soon appear.
