This church facility was originally Good Shepherd Pentecostal Holiness Church which was built during the pastorate of the Rev. Dr. Hugh H. Morgan. Some years after Morgan was called to be the pastor of Tarkenton Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church in Athens, Georgia, the church was sold to Bernie Points Baptist Church. For the past four years Pastors Jon and Lisa Potter and their congregation of about 300 people have been meeting in this beautiful church facility. Plans are in place for this church to be sold to the Canvass Pentecostal Holiness Church. Your prayers are requested that God will open the hearts of all concerned so that this sale will take place in God's timing.
