Morgan From time to time, I receive emails from people who have been faithful subscribers for years to my newsletter informing me that for some unknown reason they are no longer receiving Hugh's News. That statement greatly concerns me, and I want to get the problem solved as soon as possible.
Please let me try to explain what may have happened:
If you are no longer receiving Hugh's News after being a subscriber let me say first of all, I am so sorry that you have not been receiving Hugh's News.
May I ask you a question or two?
Have you changed email addresses? Have you checked your Spam folder?
If your email is still the same, then apparently something is wrong with our system. I must tell you that the company we have hired to take care of our subscribers and those who unsubscribe does have glitches on occasion. Unfortunately, a name and an email occasionally is deleted. How that happens is a mystery to me. I cannot explain it.
I am in the process of changing my website design, and the newsletter format. I think you will like it. We still have bugs to work out, but we are well on the way. It is a rather steep learning curve for me, but I have faced adversity many times before. With the help of the Holy Spirit, I will conquer and prevail to victory.
Because of Spam Laws, we have hired a company to take care of our subscribers. Now, each individual has to subscribe for himself or herself. So, if you are not receiving Hugh's News, you will have to go to my website and subscribe again. I apologize for the inconvenience. It is our goal to serve you more efficiently. You are valuable to me, and it is my desire to provide you with the best news coverage and inspirational messages possible.
