Greetings and Blessings, Dr. Hugh, in Jesus’ Name!
Both of us are well and blessed at this time. We trust you, Melvine and Greg are all well, too.
It seems many of us are having anniversaries. The Lord Willing, Marguerite and I will be celebrating our 67th on August 24th.
We feel so blessed to be able to still be active and visit in our churches sharing what awesome things the Lord continues to do in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. From our India work we were able to send national missionaries into those countries to minister.
Kindly accept my apology for not getting an anniversary congratulations to you and Melvine.
Thank you for continuing to send Hugh’s News. I know it is a real challenge and dedication to do it. Our check for $20.00 is enclosed in a copy of this email message, and is being dropped in the mail today.
Yours and HIS,
Hobert
[Editor's Comment: What dear missionary friends Hobert and Marguerite Howard have been to Melvine and me, and our children, and various congregations we have served over the years. Though they have officially retired they are available to visit churches to share what God is doing, and how you can help support national leaders and missionaries that have been sent. Hobert is a seasoned missionary and is polished in presenting global missions. You will be blessed to have them in your churches or conference events.
The mailing address I have in my files for the Howards is this:
