Pastor Bill Rose is a native of southeastern North Carolina. He is a graduate of Holmes Bible College, and is currently president of the Alumni Association. He also serves on the Board of Trustees.
Pastor Rose has served the First Church in Goldsboro, North Carolina, for more than twenty years. He serves on the Executive Council of the North Carolina Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. He and his wife, Lynne, have four children.
Rev. Doug Small serves as the International Liaison for Prayer Ministries out of the office of the General Overseer of the Church of God. He is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. Rev. Small serves on the Holmes Bible College Board of Trustees. His wife is an alumna of the college.
Prior to his conference ministry, Rev. Small served as pastor for more than fifteen years. He and his wife, Barbara, have been married for over forty-five years and currently live in North Carolina. They have five children and seventeen grandchildren.
