"Monica came at a critical time during the advancement of Athletics at Emmanuel College", says Athletic Director Nate Moorman. "She helped develop the culture of Emmanuel Women's Lacrosse and successfully turned the team into a highly competitive one among Conference Carolinas."
Coach Scott says, "I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to grow professionally and spiritually at Emmanuel and am prayerful for a smooth transition moving forward. I want to personally thank Nate Moorman and the entire EC staff for the opportunity to coach the Lady Lions over the last three seasons. It has been an honor to be associated with the growth and development of this institution and its women's lacrosse program and am confident in the team's ability to thrive for years to come."
Her colleagues in the Athletics Department and especially the EC Lady Lions lacrosse team will miss her dearly.
