This is a wonderful idea. I love sharing the Word with others. It is especially nice to share devotional time with you and the many subscribers to Hugh's News. My parents had devotional time will my brother and me daily.
That devotional time helped to bind us as a family through the sharing God's Word. It was a time to forget about the world and hear from our Lord. I know that I would love to gather again with my parents and brother once more. Mom's in heaven but this allows my dad, brother and I (all subscribers) to share the same devotion once again on a daily basis.
Thank you for allowing me to feel that familial devotion time again. God bless you as you continue to do the Lord's work by bringing us together and keeping us informed, and, now gathering us as family for a daily devotion.

[Editor's Comment: Brenda's parents are James and Polly Sorrow. Polly died while I was pastor of Tarkenton Memorial Church, and Christy Beatty was my associate pastor. Brenda's brother, Rick fell in love with Christy and married three days after Polly died. Knowing Polly the family believed she would want her son to go ahead with the wedding plans. She loved Christy. In fact, we had the rehearsal dinner on Friday, the day that we had Polly's funeral and burial.
Christy became our first female Air Force chaplain and served for a little over 20 years with honor and distinction. God gave them three outstanding children, Kyle, Calle, and Russell. Both Kyle and Calle are 2016 graduates of Emmanuel College. Russell is a college student in Dallas, Texas, in his second year.]
