My dad, Hugh Morgan, and my mom, Melvine Morgan, are having a birthday this month.
My dad's birthday is on Thursday, December 15, and my mom's birthday is Friday, December 16. The odds of that happening are very rare, but it is true. I will not tell their ages, but I can tell you they are not spring chickens.
The other day I had a great idea of how you can bless them at their birthday this year. If you are enjoying receiving daily news from all across the United States and around the world, and inspirational messages, may I suggest that you send them a Birthday Card? What a blessing that will be to both of them to know you appreciate all the effort my dad goes to to gather the news, edit and organize it, and work with the technicians to make sure the daily newsletter is sent out in a mass mailing to all of you.

My parents receive no salary for their work and ministry. It all started with an idea my dad had to share the church news with 13 active duty IPHC military chaplains in various parts of our country and world. My dad was the director/endorser for Chaplains Ministries, IPHC. He wanted them to know they were loved and that he and my mom were praying for them, their families and ministries.
The newsletter grew and grew until some 5,000 readers are receiving Hugh's News in their homes. You, too, have been included in get the news of what is going on in the IPHC and the church at large.
Here's how to address your card:
Hugh & Melvine Morgan

When you send the card enclose a Christmas offering to Hugh's News, Inc. My dad wants to finish the year of 2016 in the Black financially. That's the reason I am asking that everyone do something to make this happen by sending a Birthday Card. This is so important so that Hugh's News can continue to come to your home. I want to thank you for your generosity in your giving.
I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and I pray we all have a Happy and prosperous New Year in 2017.
Sincerely yours,
