As of late Wednesday night, my son, Greg, continues to be hospitalized.
I got a call from the doctor attending Greg. He said that they had called in the various medical specialists to examine Greg. They are running every test possible to learn what has caused Greg's severe problem. He is having to take oxygen, but less of it because he is improving. He is very weak in his legs and arms.
A physical therapist got him up and assisted him to walk on Wednesday.
I have talked with Greg by phone several times on Wednesday to keep in touch with him and to check his mental, emotional, and spiritual status. Each time, I pray with him and let him know that God loves him and is healing him. Of course, I let him know I love him too.
He is eating and drinking fluids.
I do not know how long he will be hospitalized, or what the next steps are.
I will do my best to keep you informed as I talk with a doctor. It is not easy to accomplish that. But I am grateful for the doctor who did call and talk with me about my son, whom I love and care.
