We have received word that Navy Chaplain Tim Moore, son of the Rev. Dr. Ronald Q. Moore, former Bishop of Spirit Life Ministries (Upper South Carolina Conference), will be having knee replacement surgery on Monday, March 13 at 1:30 pm (our time). Please join us in prayer for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.
Commander Timothy Moore, Chaplain, United States Navy is presently stationed in Guam. Tim was the first military chaplain I recruited and endorsed. By endorsing Tim Moore God opened the door for a wonderful relationship with the lady, Veronica Berto, who was in charge of Navy Chaplain Personnel. God's marvelous grace was in full operation and God gave me favor with the Chief of Navy Chaplains Office.
God has given to Chaplain Timothy Moore and incredible career. His devoted and loving wife, Pam, has stood with him through it all. His rise in rank to become a Navy Commander (equal to Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps, Army and Air Force) has been phenomenal. There is no doubt in my mind that he will make Navy Captain (equivalent to Full Colonel in the Marine Corps).
Most of all Chaplain Timothy Moore's ministry and service to the men and women in the Armed Forces will outlast time itself. He is leading many military persons to a saving knowledge and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Melvine and I have visited him when he was in New Jersey, Cantana, Sicily, Hawaii, and Portsmouth, VA. He is loved by the men and women in Navy Blue, the Coast Guard, and Marine Corps. His commanders speak highly of him.]
