There will be no Hugh's News publications on Mondays.
Author: Hugh H. Morgan
In order to honor God and keep the Sabbath Day holy I have decided not to prepare a Monday's edition of Hugh's News on Sundays.
Instead, I have chosen to watch a number of worship services on television. I am blessed by the messages that these dedicated pastors are delivering. In addition, I was blessed to watch the worship service from my church in Athens, Georgia, Christian Life Worship Center. You can watch it on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKzX9m0jFVc. Pastor Terry Kesling's sermon was entitled, "Dawn Of A New Day." I was blessed by hearing the message and hearing the songs that were sung. Bishop Tim Lamb and his wife, Carissa, were present. He brought a good word from the Bible, Psalm 122:1, "I was glad when they said unto me Let us go into the house of the Lord." He was there to meet with the pastor and the church council this afternoon. He will be sharing with them (two new council members have been elected) about leadership.
I need a day of rest from my labors for six days, as well as to be renewed in spirit on Sundays. Presently, I am not able to attend my local church in Athens, Georgia, which is Christian Life Worship Center.
I like to watch the Campus Church from Pensacola, FL on Sunday nights on DayStar Christian Television Network. The pastor is Jeff Redlin. He is an outstanding preacher and he is Scriptural. The congregational singing and choir with full orchestra is unparalleled. This worship service comes on Sunday night at 8 pm Eastern Time.
Thank you for your understanding.
