I know that many of my readers will remember the Rev. Eddie Morris and his wife, Daisy Grace Morris. Daisy was a preacher, too, and a lady evangelist. Well, they had twin daughters, Sandra Landry and Susan Caddell.
Eddie Morris was the superintendent of the North Carolina Conference and the CEO of Falcon Children's Home.
Susan is a school teacher. However, in recent years she has joined with YWAM and is serving as a missionary with them. Her present ministry is on Maui.
Susan wrote Melvine a lovely letter that was received on Monday, August 12, and she said some nice things about Melvine.
Then, she wrote about the blessing of Hugh's News and included a check in support of this evangelical/Pentecostal newsletter. I am grateful for every contribution to Hugh's News, Inc.
Here is what she wrote: "I am thankful Hugh's News keeps us all linked, connected and in remembrance of our heritage, past, present and future. For years, that's the one email I almost never delete. I love Hugh's ever descriptive detail . . . both the inspirational aspects and knowing what ya'll eat for breakfast."
It's nice to have friends like Susan Grace Caddell. May God bless her work and ministry with YWAM (Youth With A Mission).
