I rejoice with Dr. Tom Murray the new president of Southwestern Christian University over this great victory of the Southwestern Christian University Cheer Team. These cheering teams are very popular today and are considered collegiate sports. Not everyone can play basketball, baseball or football, but more students can participate in this cheer leading sport.
I hope when you are considering a college or university to attend that you consider Southwestern. Contact Mark Arthur the Athletic Director of SWCU about scholarships in this Cheer Team Sport.
Having been the third president of Southwestern Christian University, I have an allegiance and loyalty to this university. I was not only the president, but I taught a 3 semester hour class in Pastoral Counseling, a delight and a love of my life.
