Is It Sunday?

Greg, this article moved me deeply. You have a really nice way I’m expressing yourself in the written word. It also gave me more of a connection with that experience. Thank you so much for the time and the vulnerability you gave in writing this.

Wayne, you have captured the essence of a life well-lived. May we all take to heart the truths you have articulated. Hard to do, but so worth the effort.

Excellent comments by Wayne Brady & Greg Morgan. Talking about your loss is a great way to deal with it. Some of my hospice friends suggested journaling to our survivors. I tell people that we :never get over" grieving over a loved one. Sadly, some well meaning people will tell you to get over it and move on with life. That is bad advice. It seems like a cliche but there is some truth it. "Time heals." The Holy Spirit is The Comforter and He can help you like no person can. However, sharing "your grief story" is good because it helps you and others who are grieving too. When our loved one dies, their memories become treasures. Praying for you both daily.
