MEMORIAL DAY - May 31 Memorial Day is a time to remember and honor our veterans who gave their lives in service to our country and our loved ones who have completed their journey on this earth. [Editor's Comment: I met Randell Drake and his family when he was a senior in high school. I visited in his home several times to recruit him to be a student at Southwestern College (now Southwestern Christian University). He was an excellent student with many God-given talents and gifts. Today he is the superintendent of the New Horizons Conference. I think he is the longest tenured superintendent in the IPHC. He has set a record. In addition, he serves as the chairman of the Board of Trustees for Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, OK. He has granted me permission to copy and paste his newsletter.]
