[Editor's comment: It was my honor and privilege to meet Margie and her husband, Melvin Klaudt, a member of the famous Klaudt Indian Family. Our families worshiped at the Church of the Comforter when Wesley and Janice Russ were our pastors. We knew Melvin as Mel. He was a very special man with God-given talents and gifts. I remember he was an excellent trombonist. Melvine and I, as well as Greg and Stephanie knew this God-fearing family. We have laughed and prayed together, as well as eating with them after church services. The Church of the Comforter in Tucker, GA was a family church. I was in graduate school and we leased a home in Stone Mountain for the 15 months we lived there.]
