When Paul Johnson went to Heaven, my first thought was "what a great reunion that will be when he joins Nathan," his brother. I thought of the loss to his long list of family and so many admirers. Paul was a good man--he was a great man and successful in each of his endeavors like merchandising, ministry, school teacher and huge real estate developer.
One could not ask for a better friend in any situation. He was "Mr. Dependable" for his lovely wife, Lutrelle, a wonderful family and so many others--he was his 'own man.' He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. No one can fill another's place so I deem it one of the most fortunate things in my life that our paths crossed and that we shared so much in those 70+ years.
What a great role model he was and will always be.
