Most people experience Jet-Lag when going overseas. I remember John Parker telling me that he never experienced Jet-Lag. When Melvine and I talked with Greg on Sunday afternoon he informed us that thus far he had not experienced Jet-Lag.
You who are parents know something about the concern we, Melvine and me, have for Greg in Budapest. We pray for his protection and safety and that God will use him as an Ambassador for Christ during the 3 1/2 weeks he will be in this ancient city that was controlled and dominated by Communism for so many years.
As Greg's father, I would ask you with great love and respect to remember our son in your daily prayers. Melvine and I pray for him unceasingly.
God has given Greg this great opportunity to return to Budapest once again. He had served as a Tentmaker Missionary for the IPHC in the early 90s. He had a great desire to return again this summer. He reported there was an Italian Soccer Team in his hotel. I told Greg that God sent these boys to Budapest for you to be a witness to them. That is what the baptism with or in the Holy Spirit does for a born-again, sanctified believer, and He will give Greg the right words to speak to these Italian soccer players.
There are no accidents in the Kingdom of God. God gives not only the anointing of the Holy Spirit, but also the unction of the Holy Spirit to enable us to speak the right words to the right people who will receive our witness and will desire to be saved or born again.
When you offer a prayer up to heaven on behalf of Greg God will answer your prayer and you will have a part in the ministry of Greg Morgan for the next 3 1/2 weeks in Budapest.
Please include Melvine in your prayers. She has a very bad back with pinched nerves to her legs. She goes monthly for injections in her spin to reduce the pain. She is hurting so badly that we cancelled a trip Greenwood, SC for the the wedding of Amelia Chassevent and Aaron Brown in Greenwood, SC on Saturday. Melvine continued to hurt so badly on Sunday that she didn't feel she could attend Sunday school and morning worship at our church in Athens on Sunday, June 11. For Melvine not to attend Sunday school and church on any given Sunday is most unusual and we want to be present with the people or God to worship Jesus.
Have a great week as you witness for Christ in your community.
