Friday was indeed a tiring day for Melvine Morgan.
It seemed that there was a convergence of important people who came to visit Melvine Morgan at our home.
Our pastor, Terry Kesling and his wife, Pam came to visit us around 11 a. m. Pam brought Melvine a vase with six beautiful pink roses. Melvine's favorite color and it is true of roses. We had a good visit as Greg was included in the discussions. He always has a lot to to share that is relevant and right on. Melvine tried to figure out what kind of a student Terry had been in elementary school. She was surprised to learn that he had been rather shy. Melvine was a public school teacher. I don't know where that came from. Melvine had never said anything like that about our pastor before.
A little after our pastor and his wife left our home, we got a call from Mary Anne and Everett Weeks. They were within two miles of our home. We were so glad to see them. It had been quite a while since we had been able to see them.
There is no doubt about it Mary Anne is a spiritual leader, a Bible teacher and intercessor. God had given Mary Anne a Word for Melvine's healing. She and Everette anointed Melvine with oil. Mary Anne prayed a powerful prayer for Melvine that was anointed and to the point. I sensed this visit from them was a karios moment (a divine moment) when the Holy Spirit pierced through the physical structure of our home and touched Melvine with the healing virtue of Jesus Christ of Nazareth Who doing His earthly life was anointed by the Holy Spirit and went about doing good, healing all who were oppressed by Satan. They administered communion to us. How beautiful it was and so meaningful as Mary Anne quoted appropriate Scriptures. We all worshiped with raised hands toward heaven.
I sensed that God is turning things around. And for the first time I was able to quote the Scripture, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD" (Ps 118:17, KJV).
Melvine had told me the day before she was not going to die. She said, "I will not accept the word of the doctor but the Word of the Lord. He has the final Word about me and everyone else."
Melvine is a fighter, and knows about Spiritual Warfare.
We sense God is with us and is ready to pour out HIs blessings upon us, and all who will visit our home during these days.
While Mary Anne and Everette Weeks were visiting in our home, the nurse from Hospice Home Care came to check Melvine's vital signs and her mental status. We like the nurse assigned to Melvine.
May God bless you all.
