     Thanks for kind words from Shirley Spencer who over the years was my long-time editor and writer-friend. I never will forget the time many years ago when we first met at a W.A. meeting in Oklahoma. I heard her ask someone, "Who is that lady in the red dress?" I suppose back then I was, myself like a flighty, little redbird singing, "What cheer! What cheer! What cheer!" I might not wear red as much these days but my heart still sings, "What cheer!
