Your prayers are essential to the ministry of Leroy and Evelyn Baker in the Rio Grande, TX

What a great opportunity you and I have as we approach this Christmas 2011 to pray and intercede for souls as Evangelist Leroy Baker and his wife, Evelyn, minister to the "Texas Snowbirds" who are spending their winter months at the Kenwood RV Resort in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. These dear folks come from Canada and the northern states of our great country. They need a pastor and preacher like Leroy Baker.

I have committed to pray for them daily as they minister to people closer to eternity. We want all of those who may not know Jesus as their personal Savior to come to know Him.

Many of them will hear some of the finest preaching they have ever heard. When that preaching comes from an anointed and Spirit-empowered preacher full of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, great things happen. Those people don't realize quite yet what a gift they have in Leroy and Evelyn  Baker.

Let me show you their Christmas tree and sign about their home away from home in a Holiday Rambler Imperial RV with a 400 Cummings diesel engine, and with three slide out rooms. Luxury for sure. But God has made it available for their use. It is a far cry better than Peter's boat, but that boat served the purpose for the preaching and teaching of Jesus.

This small Christmas tree is situated over the collapsed steering wheel of their RV. What a strategic place to position it with the table covering and Christmas gifts. Don't you love the sign, "Nana & Papa's House?"

How inviting their RV is for receiving guests from the RV community. What a joy and a privilege it is for them to entertain guests who will become heirs of eternal life.

Then, you must see the outside of this wonderful Holiday Rambler Imperial RV. On the windshield Leroy and Evelyn have placed a lovely Christmas wreath.

What a good-looking rig--no much more, a Holiday Rambler Imperial, the finest in RV traveling and camping. More importantly, here is the preacher standing by the door.  He is Leroy Baker. I'm sure that Evelyn took the photo.

This Holiday Rambler Imperial holds 100 gallons of diesel fuel and it gets 10 miles per gallon. The Bakers drove 500 miles from their farm home to get there.

I am asking you to pray for the Bakers. Your investment will pay dividends now and in the eternal ages to come. You will be glad you did.

If you would like to write them, I will be happy to send you their mailing address there in the Rio Grande Valley, TX. They have given me permission to give that information out. I will do so, upon request only.
