Outstanding woman, outstanding Christian, outstanding accomplishments, and an outstanding article portraying Deedee Springer's life and legacy!
Abbie and I met her and her precious husband, Clyde, in 1970 while traveling for the International Lifeliner's Department under the direction of the Reverend Cliff Turpin. Our ministry has been the recipient of their magnanimous generosity and hospitality.
Abbie and C. H. are in heaven, but their works continue to speak volumes about their lives for Christ while they were with us. Congratulations on your choice and congratulations to Mrs. Deedee Springer. This is an honor well deserved.

Thank God Evelyn and I have personally known DeeDee and her wonderful husband and family, as well as her mother and father from the Cedar Grove camp meetings! It was a blessing to have their support and prayers as we worked together to save Southwestern College. After I became superintendent of the Texas Conference, Clyde and DeeDee gave the funds for a 60X80 gospel tent, plus trailer and equipment. Also, daughter Lauren and son-in-law Mark were so faithful to help us in Texas church plants and the work there. Thank you DeeDee Springer for your Godly life, love, and example as a role-model Christian wife, mother, and grandmother. May God grant you many blessed years of continued service and ministry to family, church, and His Kingdom.
