[Editor's comment: I have know Dr. Buckrham for a number of years. I believe I met him at a General Conference in Oklahoma City in the 70s. He preached in my church when I was the senior pastor of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Richmond. The occasion was the combined convocation with the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Virginia Conferences (now called Redemption Ministries Conference). I enjoyed his preaching and his keen insights into the Word of God as he explained the Scriptures, and made applications to our lives as Christians. He is a joy to be with, and several of us enjoyed his company after the services at a local restaurant. The last time I saw him was at the Centennial Celebration held in Falcon, NC, last January 2011.]
