Dear Hugh, I believe God is not finished with Stephanie.
One of the basic laws Jesus set forth in the New Testament is "reciprocity." In others words, "Do unto others as you have them do unto you."
Several months ago Stephanie called me and gave me some Scriptures about healing. She said "I would live and not die, but declare the wonderful works of God."
She then prayed for me on the phone. She did not know that I was going through depression at the time. Just weeks before her call I had gone through prostate cancer surgery at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. The 3-hour surgery took 6 hours because the cancer had spread beyond my prostate. Several weeks ago I had a post radiation appointment with my doctor following a CT scan and a PSA test. He told me that I am now cancer free.
Indeed, Stephanie Morgan is like an angel not thinking of her own welfare, but that of others.I thank God for Stephanie!
[Editor's comment: I have known John Ingham for a good many years. When I was pastor of Tarkenton Memorial Church, John was our conference superintendent, I served on the conference board for a number of years as the secretary/treasurer, and as director of World Missions for the Georgia Conference.
John and I traveled extensively together in ministry and promotion of world missions and stewardship. Then, just before we moved back to Georgia, after living in Richmond, VA, for four years, John Ingham was our pastor.
One of his three daughters is Missy. She and Stephanie have been the best of friends since college days at Emmanuel and then at Lee University. They both competed in Teen Talent and were good at it. We are grateful for the friendship of John and his wife, Rita Dove Ingham. John is now the pastor of the Calhoon Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church in South Carolina.
I never knew this story about Stephanie's ministry to John Ingham until now. John wrote me about it. Amazing!]
