It is so refreshing to read stories about Christians praying for a loved one to become a Christian and follow the Lord in discipleship following the answer to their prayers.
I received a letter from one of my readers to Hugh's News who shared with me that she had prayed for 46 years for her husband to be saved.
She reports that after 46 of praying for her husband he finally acknowledged Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior. She wrote, "What a thrill that gives me, even seven months later!" She went on to say that he freely shares with others what Jesus has done in his life. She added, "Don't ever let anyone tell you that it's okay to give up and stop praying. After 46 years my prayers have been answered!"
We can all give praise and glory to God for this answer to this lady's prayers for her husband to be saved.
