Prayer is requested for Kelly Stansell Williamson and her husband Jason

Your continued prayers for healing for the Rev. Mrs. Kelly Stansell Williamson and her husband, Jason, is requested from the family.

Jason was driving on a rural highway and apparently lost control of his automobile after passing a car. It has been reported that his car turned over. The wreck caused multiple injuries to Kelly and Jason.

Jason is in the surgical intensive care unit at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC. He had emergency surgery yesterday, June 28 to repair broken bones in his neck and back. Kelly has several injuries as well, a broken bone in her neck, a broken collar bone, and injury to her nose. She has been moved to a private room.

Kelly is an ordained minister in the Upper South Carolina Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is the daughter of David and Sandra Stansell of Anderson, SC.

Kelly and her family--David, Sandra, and David, Jr. were all members of Tarkenton Memorial Church in Athens when I was the pastor. Kelly played handbells in the junior handbell choir that was director by Stephanie Morgan. Kelly's older brother David, Jr. played in the famous Tarkenton Memorial Handbell Choir that won the National Teen Talent award for handbell choirs in Chattanooga, TN. when Stephanie Morgan was the handbell choir director. Kelly is a graduate of Lee University and is an ordained minister of the Gospel in the Upper South Carolina Conference.

I called David and Sandra Stansell, parents of Kelly Stansell Williamson on Friday while they were visiting with Kelly in her room. She had gone for x-rays on her neck.

Let us pray earnestly for Kelly Stansell Williamson and Jason Williamson that God will grant them healing and a speedy recovery.
