[Editor's Note: Our hearts go out to Bishop Mike Gray and his wife, Karen, children and
familly. I have known Mike and Karen for many years. I saw early on in Mike's ministry the hand of the Lord upon his life. He is a student of the Bible, an exeptional teacher and preacher, and communicator, as well as a man of prayer. He served as my assocaiate pastor for a brief time when I was senior pastor of Good Shepherd Church until he planted a new church in Pelham, AL. He has served not only on the local church and conference level but at the general level of leadership as the administrative assistant to the Presiding Bishop. His work and ministry in working out all the details for General Conference in Greensboro, as well as the conference in Vancouver, British Columbia, were impeccable. Whatever he does, he does it with excellence.]
