[Editor's Comment: In God's providence, I had the privilege to be Mrs. Jerusha Tarkenton Boyce's pastor. She and Brother Ed Boyce were faithful in their attendance to every worship service at Richmond First Pentecostal Holiness Church while I was their pastor.
Mrs. Boyce was always affirming and encouraging. She saw the best in others and made them comfortable in her presence. She was a wonderful home maker and their home was a place of peace and genuine hospitality. I will always remember her as a great Christian lady with grace and generosity. May the memory of this woman of faith and love be etched on our hearts and minds.
Jerusha was kin to Dallas Tarkenton who served for a while as the pastor of the Richmond First Pentecostal Holiness Church.]
