Gifted speakers, movers and shakers during Centennial Celebration

These days and nights here in Falcon, NC, have been intentional, inspirational, intensive, and exhausting, at least for me.

On Wednesday, February 2, we will spend the last day with the General Ministries Cabinet. I will be given an opportunity to speak briefly about the issues confronting the military concerning the repeal of the Don't Ask Don't Tell.

I wish I had the time to review the speeches of the various speakers.

Dr. Dan Woods--an exciting historian that brought fresh news I have never known before about our history.

Dr. Kristen Welch--spoke with eloqueness about woman ministers in the IPHC

Dr. Vinson Synan--as always, brought our church history come alive that drew great interest.

Stacy Hilliard is a dynamic and prophetic preacher.

Max Barroso was an amazing young speaker who brought us all to the edge of our chairs.

Demetris Miles brought great insight into the issues about multicultural churches/networking.

Hector Andrade opened us up to what it means to multilingual groups, He said that God is sending immigrants to the US to evangelize this country with the Gospel.

Our Presiding Bishop Ronald W. Carpenter was at his very best as he spoke about the importance of passion. At the close of the morning service, everyone was anointed and prayed over.
