Stacy D. Hilliard is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and Hazlehurst, Mississippi. He is the founding pastor of Breakthrough Revival Center Church, Inc., where he has served for more than a decade and made Greenville, North Carolina his home. He and his wife, Bobbie, have two daughters, Hannah and Phoebe.
In keeping with his desire to serve the Lord with no inhibition, his ministry is one of reconstruction and spiritual reconciliation. His desire is that all people of God move into the true application of Jesus and serve Him through obedience and submission to God’s Will. Through his dedication to the truth in salvation, his teaching serves to ignite the hunger and thirst for righteousness which God honors in man.
Pastor Hilliard united with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in February 2006. In March 2007, the North Carolina Conference Board appointed him to serve in the position of African-American Coordinator. He also served as a member of the Bishop’s Advisory Council with concurrent service on the Evangelism and Missions Board of the North Carolina Conference. In August 2009, Pastor Hilliard was elected to serve on the North Carolina Conference Board and was the first African-American elected as a North Carolina Board member.
As of January 1, 2010, Pastor Hilliard became the IPHC African-American Coordinator and as of April 1, 2010, he became the Church Multiplication Director for Evangelism USA with offices in Oklahoma City at the Global Ministry Center.

"As we embark upon the season of spring, the symbolism of the season most certainly speaks to the launching pad on which we find ourselves in 2010. I would like to invite you to be a part of our upcoming Kingdom Expansion conference! This conference is slated for May 3-5, 2010, and will be held at Redemption World Outreach Center in Greenville, South Carolina. The conference cost is $30.00 per person for pre-registration and $35.00 for on-site registration.
"Our time together will be filled with fellowship, worship and sharing. For some, this will be an opportunity to connect; and likewise, for others, an opportunity to re-connect. Although African American pastors, ministers and ministry leaders will be the focus of the conference, everyone is invited to attend.
