PUERTO MADRYN, ARGENTINA
An E-mail Letter from Dan and Brenda Clowers
Just about a week ago Brenda and I flew to Puerto Madryn in the Patagonia region of Southern Argentina. Along with Bishop Enrique Coronel and his wife Mabel and their son-in-law Oscar Obregón. We were there making plans for the new work that the conference has targeted for 2012 and to prepare for some upcoming teams. In an area of the world that can get pretty cold it's warming up spiritually with the Gospel and changing lives for the Kingdom of God.
Here we are with the Pastors Daniel Pajón and his wife Izabel of the new work who are so excited about what God is doing in Puerto Madryn. In this port city everything comes alive between the months of July through January when the giant whales migrate back and begin to give birth. Ninety cruise ships make this their docking place during this season. With the tourists that come and the emplyment of a large Aluminum plant this town is booming and continues to be one of the fastest growing in South Argentina. The church recently purchased land to build a new sanctuar
