The tithe on your income belongs to God. In most cases, the tithes should be given in your local church where you are a member or attend. In the case of those of us who are ordained ministers in the IPHC, we tithe our income into our conference. I tithe into the Georgia Conference.
Offerings are above the tithes, and you and I can determine how much and where we believe God would have us invest that money in the Kingdom work of God. Hugh's News, Inc. is one of many non-profit ministries where you have the privilege to invest the offerings. The measure by which God will bless you will be determined by the way in which you give the offerings joyfully above the tithes.
