Eve has encountered a real challenge for which we would like to request the prayers of your Hugh's News readers:
Eve has a throat tumor which has been biopsied and diagnosed as LYMPHOMA. She is to begin a regime of radiation next week, and we are asking all believers, everywhere to help us pray and believe for a miracle.
The tumor is encapsulated and has not metastasized.
Because of the location in her throat it is not wise to remove the tumor . . . too close to the larynx and other vital "body parts."

[Editor's Note: I have known Stan and Eve Nicholson Oliver since 1952 when I was a freshman at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA. Now, they were both in high school. I was 19 years old that year. So, they are much younger than me. Nevertheless, they are precious to God and He has provided for Eve's healing through the stripes of Jesus. We believe that Jesus still heals today as He has in all generations. He is the same yesterday, today, and will be the same tomorrow. Let us put our trust in the Great Physician, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is master of troubled seas, sick bodies, and every situation that may present itself in our lives. Let us believe God for a miracle of healing for Eve Oliver.]
