Nan and I left Oklahoma City last Wednesday to spend Christmas with our families. We spent two days in Rocky Mount, NC, with my 85 year old mother and my sister who takes care of her. We spent one day in Roanoke Rapids, NC, with Nan’s brother and his family.
We are now in Greenville, SC, with our son, Ron, and his wife, Hope; our daughter, Jewell, and her husband, Billy, and our 5 grandchildren. It is always a warm and wonderful time when we are able to get back to our family! We will be here until after Christmas when we return to OKC.
While we enjoy this time with our biological family, we are thinking about you, our extended family. Please know that we love you dearly and pray for you regularly. We desire God’s best for you and yours at this special season of the year! May you receive just that as you continue to serve Him! Merry Christmas!

[Editor's Comment: It was my personal pleasure to work for and with Bishop Ronald W. Carpenter, Sr. for 12 years when he was the executive director of Evangelism USA and chairman of Chaplains Ministries, IPHC.
I had the unique privilege to get to know him more personally and discovered that his heart is as big as the world, and his compassion to see people come to know Jesus larger than life itself. He is genuine, and he is a born preacher. He always has something to say from the Word of God. He is a student of the Bible and a preacher of the Word.
We, as members of the IPHC, are blessed indeed to have him as our general superintendent and presiding bishop. Nan is a true Christian lady and has all the graces to be the first lady of our denomination.
How do you like the new photo of Bishop Ronald and Nan Carpenter, Sr. It is copacetic, professional in every sense of the word.
Let us wish them and their family a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.]
