A note of appreciation from Jerry and Carolyn Henderson about the recent retreat

Dear Hugh:

Thank you for your outstanding efforts in making our recent Chaplains and Spouses Retreat 2011 an enjoyable and spiritually uplifting experience.

The planning and execution of every event was impeccable.

It is always enjoyable to be with both retired and active duty military members and their families. It was also wonderful to have Bishop Chris and Betty Thompson with us. They are exemplary spiritual leaders of our denomination and we were blessed to have them with us.

You have gone to extraordinary lengths as our leader and we love you and Melvine and greatly appreciate your leadership. It was also a blessing to get to know Stephanie. Thank you again for your dedication to our military ministries.
